T&C’s / DEPOSITS/BOOKING INFO

🔴You must be 18 years of age to get a tattoo by UK LAW. You WILL need photo ID on your first visit / booking.

Accepted ID include valid passport, full or provisional driving licence or passport cards ( office/citizen card).

what is not accepted are student cards, birth certificates or photocopies.

times are flexible to suit bookings.

 

🔴PARKING :

Free car park out the front of the shop with limited spaces, short stay upto 2 hrs on the main road and all day paid parking nearby. 

 

🔴CONSULTATION INFO>

I’m happy to do an online consultation via social media platforms. Also if you rather come into the studio that is fine too but will need booking. If you have scars, burns etc that will be needing covering in the sitting then it would be best to come into the studio for your consultation.

 

🔴PRICES>

My work is priced hourly, my own flash work (when available) is set price. 

 

My minimum charge is £30. 

 

Standard rate: £80 an hour. 

Day session rate (roughly hour prep and 5 hrs tattooing) £350 if longer time is needed then an hourly rate will apply.

 

-FREE FIRST TOUCH UP (you have upto 6 weeks after the tattoo is done to book a touch up )   Standard charges apply after this. 

 

Hands/ fingers not included in the free touch ups. 

 

🔴PAYMENT>

Cash, Paypal or Transfer for deposits.

Prefer Cash for the final balance of the tattoo.

 

(DEPOSITS will be taken off the final price, BUT NOT REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES) 

 

CANCELLATIONS/ REBOOKING>

If you need to CHANGE your appointment I will need 4 DAYS NOTICE minimum and your deposit will be rolled over. ( This can be done ONCE per booking). 

 

Deposits will be forfeited if you:

•Cancel within the 4 days before your appointment.

•Forget to come / no show.

•If you pay a deposit and or book but your under the age of 18 (at the time of your booking) then your booking is void and deposit lost.

•If you are 20+ minutes late to your given appointment time with no contact then the deposit is forfeited. (I will assume you’re not coming and move onto the next client).

 

•Rescheduling can be done within the 4 days before your booking but a new Non refundable deposit will be needed as this is still the same as cancelling and rebooking a new slot.

🔴I will need 48 hours notice for complete design changes. I charge for the time booked out so any changes made that can affect the time you have booked, 

(for example you booked a day and you come in and say you only want 2 hours)

You will still be liable to pay the agreed amount you booked in for. 
 

Bookings will only be confirmed after the NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is received.

 

If you are not absolutely committed to getting tattooed by the artist, do NOT schedule an appointment.  Deposits on tattoo appointments are NON-REFUNDABLE, and NON-TRANSFERABLE upto 4 day prior to your booking. Non-refundable means that under no circumstance will your deposit be refunded. . If you provide reasonable notice 4days+ of a cancellation, your deposit will remain in good standing and may be applied toward your re-scheduled appointment.  Non-transferable means that you cannot move it for another date. 

 

Deposits needs to be given straight after the booking  agreement otherwise your appointment could get given to someone else as I do not hold dates.

-Dates offered to you are still open to everyone else until a deposit is recieved.

 

If you wish to pay more off the tattoo than the required deposit this is fine and will be deemed as part of your no refundable deposit. 

 

🔴THE MEANING OF A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT 

 

Tattoo artists typically take deposits for appointments to ensure that the client is serious about getting tattooed and will be more likely to show up on time. Additionally, deposits help compensate the artist for their time and effort in preparing for the appointment, , preparing the equipment and reserving the available time slot. Deposits are also in place to help protect the artists income in the event of a last minute cancellation or no show, by taking deposits the artist can offset some of the financial loss that may occur in due to missed appointments or late cancellations.

 

Taking deposits is standard practice in the tattoo industry and benefits both artists and the client by ensuring a commitment to the appointment.

 

🔴VOUCHERS:

If using a voucher for your booking , the full value of the voucher is taken down as your non refundable deposit. Same terms apply. 

Also if your purchasing a voucher for someone be aware that there are styles I do not cater for ( Polynesian/Māori/tribal, hyper realism , colour realism ,large geometric, fingers and toes) what you see on my socials is what I do 👍🏼. 

 

🔴BOOKING INFO>

I will ALWAYS make sure you are happy with the design before we start the tattoo. 

 

-Designs are done on average 1 to 2 days before your booking (due to sheer number of clients designs to do).

- I do not do full designs without a booking first. The reason for this is because it wastes a lot of my time when the person requesting a design never gets it. 

 

I do not send designs out. If you want to see the design you can come in before the booking. Or wait until the day and slight adjustments can made then.

 

Your consultation (or if your prefer to talk over FB etc) will allow me to prepare ideas, brainstorm and discuss size, placement etc. During your consultation I can give you an approximate total hours needed to complete your design. However this is just a guide- tattoos may take longer than first quoted. This could be due to skin toughness, how well the client sits, the client wanting it bigger on the day then started in there consultation.

SO PRICES ARE ALWAYS ESTIMATED.

 

**Please be mindful that placement and design is a crucial part of your tattoo and can be time consuming.

 

Please note that my style is black and grey mainly but I enjoy the small colour pieces like stickers, embroidery, traditional etc. 

There are styles I do not cater for ( Polynesian/Māori/tribal, tribal based designs ie.Thick black designs  , hyper realism, colour realism , large scale geometric, between fingers and on toes)

 

If you book a day session and you give up early ie. Only use for 1-3hrs for example of your 5hr booking- You would be charged what you booked. At the end of the day YOU gave up. 

 

PLEASE : 

Do not pre shave the area the same day or the day before. As this affects the skin prep for your tattoo.

 

• If you have any underlying health issues that I should know about before you come to your appointment.

•Bring a form of photo ID with you if it’s your first visit.
